WELCOME
The FBI Philadelphia Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBIPCAAA) is a community-based and supported organization, distinct and separate from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
FBINCAAA National Mission Statement

To support the local chapters of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association by providing standards, guidance, and assistance.

To support the community outreach efforts of the FBI by encouraging the development, growth, and effectiveness of the chapters; and,

To serve as the official governing body, interface and liaison between FBI Headquarters and the chapters.

The Citizens Academy partners with several branched of the FBI along with other neighboring state's Citizens Academy.
CITIZENS ACADEMY
In 1995, the Philadelphia Division became the second major field office to host an FBI Citizens Academy. Each year the FBI selects about twenty-five representatives from various community, civic and faith-based organizations, and leaders from the business community, local media outlets, and educational, medical and cultural organizations among others to participate in this fascinating eight-session program.
